Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchase of the CodeMasti Learning Kit on /learning-kit. They sit alongside the website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the kit Shipping, Return / Refund, and Warranty pages. If there is a conflict about the kit as a physical product, these kit terms and the kit policies apply.

Platform operator: CodeMasti (www.codemasti.com), business owner Mr. Monu Kumar (Sole Proprietor), Greater Noida, Techzone IV, Gautam Buddha Nagar, 201318, India.

1. Optional product, not a course

• The Learning Kit is exclusive to CodeMasti students. It is a prepaid hardware-and-welcome-kit bundle, not a public retail store.
• You must enter a valid CST number at checkout. Paying for the kit does not enrol a student in a live batch or replace CST / admission.
• Students can still join CodeMasti without buying the kit. Buying a course does not include this kit unless we state that in writing.

2. Who may order

• A parent or legal guardian should place the order, complete email OTP verification, and enter the student's CST number.
• You confirm that the CST number belongs to the student named on the order.
• The student price shown on the page is for CodeMasti students only. List prices are for comparison and are not offered to the public.

3. Prices, stock, and checkout

• Displayed prices, stock mode (in stock, pre-order, or out of stock), and shipping are configured by CodeMasti and can change before you pay.
• The payable amount is calculated on the server at checkout. We do not honour screenshots of older prices after a change.
• Payment is prepaid via PhonePe. We do not offer COD.
• Email OTP must be verified before the order can be placed. OTPs expire and may be rate-limited to prevent abuse.

4. Devices and software

• HP and Apple devices are different platforms. Curriculum tools may not work identically on Windows and macOS.
• We do not promise extra RAM, storage, or OS licences beyond the specifications published for that product at the time of purchase.
• We do not promise to install classroom software unless the CodeMasti technical team confirms it in writing for that device.
• You are responsible for lawful use of the laptop and for manufacturer account setup (Microsoft / Apple ID) where required.

5. T-shirt size

• The size you select at checkout is the size we pack. Use the on-page size guide.
• Size is not automatically exchangeable after packing. See the Return / Refund Policy for unused-item exchange rules.

6. Fulfilment and title

• After payment, CodeMasti may quality-check, pack, and hand the kit to a courier. Risk of transit loss passes according to the courier’s terms once handed over; we will still help you raise a courier claim.
• Until payment is confirmed, in-stock units may be held only for a limited reservation window. Unpaid reservations expire.

7. Communications and data

• We use the parent email and phone for OTP, payment confirmation, tracking, and fulfilment updates.
• Personal data is handled under the site Privacy Policy. Kit orders are stored separately from course-fee records for operations, but they are still CodeMasti customer records.

8. Limitation

• To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CodeMasti’s liability for a kit order is limited to the amount you paid for that kit order.
• We are not liable for indirect loss, missed classes caused by courier delay, or manufacturer service downtime.

9. Changes

We may update these kit terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you pay applies to that order. Continued use of the Learning Kit page after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future orders.
